Returns
In some cases, you may want to return an order. You might not be satisfied with the product or have a different reason for not wanting the order. Regardless of your reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without provision of reason.
After cancelling your order, you have a further 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including delivery charges. You will only be required to cover the cost of returning the product from your home to our webshop. You will need to return the product to us with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original state and packaging.

Print the model withdrawal form

Complete this form and send it, and the product, to us in a envelope with sufficient postage paid (remember to write your address on the reverse!)

Once we receive the product in good order, we will send you confirmation

We will refund the order amount owed to you within 14 days of registering your return, as long as we have received the product in good order
If the product has been harmed or damage to the packaging is greater than what would be necessary to sample the product, we have the right to charge you for such depreciation. You are therefore advised to handle the product with care and make sure that it is securely packaged before you return it.
Warranty
We care about our products and – of course – do everything in our power to make sure that they reach you in pristine condition. Ordered products can, however, suffer damage during shipment. Due to this and other possible reasons, you have the right to lay claim to our warranty. You are legally obligated to notify us about any defects within two months of identification. If a defect is identified within the statutory 6-month warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at no cost. However, costs for returning the product to us will be for your account.
